Service Terms
1. Parties and scope
Ryndix is a product and service brand operated by Ylemos Inc. These terms cover the Ryndix Scan iOS app and fixed-scope professional work orders contracted, invoiced and collected by Ylemos Inc. for Amazon sellers worldwide. Each work order is an independent purchase, not a retainer, installment plan, or managed-operations agreement.
2. What we deliver
Ryndix delivers research, diagnosis, listing copy, image strategy or final images (when assets qualify), supplier document/quote comparison, product landing decision packs, and advertising plans through Ylemos Inc. Deliverables are limited to the written scope confirmed before payment.
3. What we do not do
- Log into Seller Central or any seller account
- Operate advertising campaigns or upload listings
- Handle reviews, customer service, account health, or appeals
- Guarantee sales, rank, profit, ad performance, or 100% success
- Act as the buyer of goods, freight forwarder, or factory contracting party
4. Intake, drafts, and payment sequence
Before payment is enabled, the customer completes service-specific intake fields and passes a completeness check. Payment is processed by PayPal, which also accepts debit and credit cards; Ylemos Inc. does not see or store full card numbers. Once payment clears, a work-order reference is issued and Ylemos Inc. begins production on the confirmed scope. Large-file upload and secure storage are handled per the Data Handling Policy.
5. Fees and exclusions
Quoted prices cover the named deliverable only. Samples, laboratory testing, certification, tooling, photography, complex 3D/video, freight, goods, inspection, advertising spend, taxes, and third-party fees are excluded unless expressly listed.
5A. Ryndix Scan credits and Apple purchases
Ryndix Scan sells consumable scan credits at the price displayed by the App Store. It does not sell a subscription and does not automatically renew. Purchased credits do not expire while the Ryndix Scan service remains available. Apple processes purchases and refund requests under its own payment terms.
Ryndix Scan requires Sign in with Apple to create an account and associate credits, purchases, and scan history across supported devices. Marketing email permission is separate, optional, and does not affect app access or purchases. You can withdraw it in Account at any time.
You may permanently delete your Ryndix account in the app. Deletion removes the account profile, scan history, active sessions, marketing preference, and unused credits and cannot be undone. Limited purchase records may remain in de-identified form when needed for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, transaction reconciliation, or legal compliance.
When Apple provides a verified refund or revocation notice, Ryndix may remove unused fungible credits up to the current balance; a verified refund reversal restores the corresponding credits. A failed analysis, or an analysis that falls back to sample data because a required provider is unavailable, does not consume a credit or is automatically credited back.
6. Supplier work
Supplier comparison is desk research and document/quote comparison based on available information. The customer contracts and pays suppliers directly and remains responsible for samples, inspection, IP, quality, delivery, and final compliance. Ryndix and Ylemos Inc. do not guarantee supplier performance or the authenticity of third-party certificates.
7. Ownership, confidentiality and exclusivity
Ownership. On cleared payment, the deliverable produced for a work order belongs to the customer. Ylemos Inc. retains its own methods, templates, scoring models and general know-how, and may reuse them for other customers; it does not reuse the customer's inputs, figures or conclusions.
Confidentiality. Information the customer supplies — products, suppliers, costs, margins, budgets and account data — is treated as confidential. It is not sold, published, shared with other customers, or used as a named example. Anonymized samples on this site are structural illustrations only and contain no real customer data.
Exclusivity of a recommended direction. For selection and supply work orders (P01, P02, P03), Ylemos Inc. will not recommend the same specific product direction to another customer for six months from delivery. "Same specific product direction" means the same product type in the same target sub-category and price band — not an entire category. Ylemos Inc. therefore declines new selection work that would conflict with a live exclusivity window, rather than issue overlapping recommendations. This commitment cannot extend to work the customer conducts elsewhere, to independent findings by other providers, or to the same opportunity being discovered by anyone else in the market.
8. Revisions, timing, and communication
Unless otherwise stated, one scoped revision round is included. Delivery clocks start after payment clearance and receipt of required inputs. Communication is primarily by email synchronized to the work-order record.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms by reference.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Deliverables are provided on an "as is" basis. Ylemos Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, that any deliverable is error-free, that any product, listing, image, or advertising plan will achieve a particular commercial result, or that supplier, compliance, or certification information is complete or current beyond what is stated in the deliverable itself.
Ryndix Scan is a research and decision-support tool, not financial, legal, tax, compliance, or investment advice. Model outputs and third-party marketplace data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You remain responsible for independently validating demand, competition, costs, intellectual property, product safety, and marketplace eligibility before acting.
10A. Apple terms
Your license to the iOS app is governed by Apple's applicable Standard End User License Agreement. These Service Terms supplement that license for Ryndix Scan's hosted analysis, credits, account recovery, and support. If these terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms for the app license or payment process, the applicable Apple terms control that portion.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ylemos Inc.'s total liability arising out of or relating to a work order — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount the customer paid for that specific work order. Ylemos Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost inventory value, or advertising spend, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information it supplies, for its own compliance, tax, customs, intellectual-property, and contractual obligations toward suppliers and Amazon, and for decisions made using Ylemos Inc. deliverables. The customer agrees to hold Ylemos Inc. harmless from third-party claims arising from the customer's use of a deliverable or the customer's own account, product, or supplier decisions, except where the claim arises from Ylemos Inc.'s failure to deliver the confirmed scope.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days of written notice will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to that venue and jurisdiction.
14. Changes and entire agreement
Ylemos Inc. may update these terms; the version in effect at the time a work order is confirmed applies to that work order. Together with the confirmed scope, price, and the linked Disclaimer, Refund, Privacy, and Data Handling policies, these terms are the entire agreement between the customer and Ylemos Inc. for that work order. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
